Common questions
I spend the whole winter in Florida — which is my legal residence?
Your legal residence — the place of residence for 180 or more days in the 12 months preceding the date of death, in the United States or Canada. If that’s your northern home, your entire winter season is covered: you’re far beyond 75 miles from it for months at a time.
How does the 75-mile rule work?
Coverage applies when death occurs more than 75 miles from your legal residence, which must be in the United States or Canada. No service is provided for deaths 75 miles or less from home.
What does the $350 cover?
A one-time payment for lifetime membership: full logistics coordination worldwide and 100% of eligible transport costs, so your family never has to arrange — or pay for — the journey home at the worst possible time. No expiration, no dues, ever.
